My replies are being sent to my inbox

Receiving and sending mail with no problem. However, all my replies from
gmail that i sent earlier are also in my inbox. How do i remedy this.
 
Are you hitting the reply to all button instead of the just reply button?
See the addresses prior to sending and see if you are included amongst the
recipients.

no i'm not a recipient. even when i send mail from windows mail i receive my
reply in the inbox.
