My Recycle Bin is gone, how do I get it back?

My Recycle Bin on my desktop is now gone. I did not delete it, as I have no
idea on what happened to it.
So where do I find it and how do I get it back?

Mine goes invisible when its empty sometimes. Putting something in the
trash brings it back. Don't know why.

Right click Desktop/Personalize/Change Desktop Icons in the left panel.

Okay so that is where to go to get it back. It was unchecked, but I did not
do it. Strange..........

Actually, right clicking the Recycle Bin and accidentally hitting "Delete"
instead of "Empty" is not uncommon.
I (and presumably many others) have done that a number of times. Having
"Delete" on that right click context menu is going to be cause for a lot of
posting.

I've done it quite a few times, and I've know about it since Vista Beta2.

My recycle bin also disapeered, also it shows full with nothing to delete,
this happens over and over without any unintentional mis-keys. I just have to
reset it over and over...this is a bug
