My Recent Documents - How do you clear this list? Or is it even possible?

I know it must be possible because I was able to clear it running
windows 98, but have yet found out how to clear it with Windows XP
Pro.

Any help would be great .. thanks

Right click start|properties|customize|advanced. Clear recent files is at
the bottom.

I created a folder with shortcuts to items like Recycle Bin, TIF;s, History,
and Recent. Recent docs folder is found by going to "C:\Documents and
Settings\Your account name\Recent", right-clicking Recent folder, clicking
on "Create Shortcut", then cutting and pasting the new shortcut where known.
Probably are other ways others may suggest, but this is what works for me to
clean up things at day's end.

If you are talking Recent Doc from the Start / Documents -- then Right click
in an open space on the task bar (bottom of desktop screen) / select
Properties / Select Start Menu / Select Classic Start and then select
Customize / Select Clear (of recent docs) / OK --

If these are the "Recent Docs" you are looking for -- do it work?
