Hi Cloud,

The Quick Access toolbar width is limited to one screen width. Higher screen resolution, more (but smaller) icons.

Quick Access Tooolbar content however can exist in a combination of 3 forms
- Always 'on': stored in Word.QAT
- On when using a specific document template.
- On only when using a specific document.

In Office Button=>Word Options=>Customize
check to see where your QAT customizations are being saved. You may not need all of them all of the time.

Can I force both rows to ALWAYS display? Thanks!<<

Thanks Bob! I never thought about using the Document Template approach.

My user could probably set up different Templates with different QAT's so
she doesn't need 3 rows (yes, 3 rows) of QAT Buttons on every document.

This will help a lot! Thanks again!
