My programs

After deleting and reinstalling windows xp. I cannot see
any of my programs. How can I restore my programs to add
and remove location and to startup?

Windows XP does not need to be - and should not be - 'deleted' in order to
be reinstalled in place. I don't know exactly what you did to your computer,
but if you succeeded in removing your original Windows XP registry, your new
installation does not recognize any of the programs that are on your hard
disk, so you will have to reinstall them all.
