my printer will not print in color i have new cartirege
in it what am i doing wrong
 
May seem silly but have you checked in your printer
properties or any other controlling software that you've
got colour printing turned on? My Epson printer has a
number of options including mono printing of a colour
image.
 
I have installed my 2nd new color ink cartridge and printer still won'
print anything in color! HELP!
 
What make and model of printer do you have? Have you run a couple of
cleaning cycles as per the printer instruction manual?
