- is the printer connected to your pc or on a network
- if it's a network is it wired or wireless

what is the model and brand of the printer

what version of powerpoint are you using
does the printer have paper?
is the printer turned on?
is there something stuck in the printer queue?
does it have this problem with any presentation (even a simple one)?

Ah. Good. If it prints simple things.....then in that case that points to
something in your particular presentation.

Does your presentation (that will not print) have any
- 'transparency' settings?
- graduations (fading from one color to another)

what is the model and brand of the printer : HP network printer (year

Is this a Postcript printer ? Do you have a model number e.g. HP LaserJet

the printer Im using is Xerox c250
it seem that it hangs whenever the ppt is print regardless of file size.
