My Pictures contains invalid character

Not sure is this is the right newsgroup for this problem, but maybe someone
knows is there is a solution. I am trying to install a Palm Tungsten T5 on
XP Pro computer. Am getting the 1324 error, My Pictures has an invalid
character, then closes. If I install as the Administrator, the install
works, but when I run the program as a user, it can't find a pocket mirror
dll file.

Try this: "You receive an invalid character error message when you
install Office XP" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=292582).
