My pictures aren't showing up!

If anyone knows what's wrong, please help me!! This is hard to explain, but
when I click on My Pictures, none of them show up. They're all there, but
they each have some sort of icon instead of a small version of the picture
like it used to. In order to see my pictures now I have to open them each up
individually with Jasc Pro Shop, which takes forever!! Because I used to be
able to simply scroll through the folders to find the picture I wanted. Does
anyone know what's wrong?? It's such a pain and I'd love to get it fixed.

It is not a big problem to change from Jasc Pro Shop back to Windows Picture
and Fax Viewer.
Open the folder and right click on a photo.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
A list will open, click on Choose Program at the bottom of the list.
Another list will open. Click on Windows Picture and Fax Viewer and then
check the box "Always...."

Katie, I was having the exact same problem this morning! After much
frustration I found an instant solution that worked in a second! Just click
Start - Run - and type in: regsvr32 /i shimgvw.dll
then ok and ok again (if need be)
Go back to your picture/photo folder where your pics are and you will see
they are all back to normal as the small picture thumbnails they should be
