I am running XP Pro on a fairly current machine (purchased 12/2003). The machine is setup with 5 user accounts of which I am the administrator. I recently noticed the the folder Icons (as well as those that appear on the start menu) for the "My Pictures" and "My Music" folders for my account are a different icon (plan folder) then that on the other accounts, which I'll assume is the default for those folders when the system was set up. These folders don't allow the user to change anything about them. I have tried a system restore but have no idea how or when they changed. Besides, not every "point" between the date of original system start up and now are restore points. I am also a bit leary about retuning to some point in the past and then having to do a "bunch of things" to bring my system back to were it is today

Anyone have any ideas on how to restore these folder icons to the default XP format

Thanks.
