my pics my music

Setting up a new computer and when I transfered "my pics" and "my music"
files I apparently screwed something up. I lost the icons on the start menu.
Now I have these files in several locations.

1. If I am the only one using the computer and I don't need security on them
then should they be in the shared or user account?

2. How do you re install icons on the start menu if they get deleted or you
want to add another one?

Before you transfer you must make sure that you don't transfer
the old desktop.ini. This can cause problems.
