My PC restarts after shutdown (?) any help appreciated!

Hi,
I'm having a shut down problem. It shuts down fine, goes through all the motions, but then starts right back up! No error message (that I can see) and I don't have Roxio on my system. I've done the system's properties thing of clicking off auto restart, but it still does it. I had this problem last time with XP (I resently had to reformat my drive and reload XP), but after I dowloaded SP1 (last time), it worked fine. Now, it's doin' it again.

Any help, tips or suggesions would be much appreciated! TIA
