My pc reboot all the time

PPL i need help, when i try to turn onb my pc it reboot, i try to put on the
winjdows cd to re install , but it dont load, I have tried everything bt
nothing works, it happened coz i turned off the pc by clicking the off button
, can you help me soling this prob , plz
