My passwords are not being saved

My passwords are not being saved after I click to save
them. I have had this problem before and know there is a
way through the Regedit function, I just forgot. If
someone knows and could tell I would appreciate it.

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Repair

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
