I'm creating a template for a series of documants that I need to write. When
I set-up my footer style, the page numbers have ended uo as twin digits; 11,
22, 33 instead of 1, 2, 3. I've looked for a setting that causes this, but
I've struck out.

What should I do to change to the traditional page numbering convention od
1, 2, 3...?

Dear Dr. Darrell,

It looks like you have two PAGE-fields next to each other. Smply delete one
of them. Position your cursor in front of the first digit, press Shift+right
arrow and press delete,

That didn't work, but you lead me toward a simple solution. I highlighted
one of the digits and deleted it.
