my outlook has pop up boxes that keep telling me i have expired macros. i
can't send email n have about 3 pop up boxes each time i try o open one nd
other office applications as well

Hi - when you post in here, always include your version, SP level, and mode
(if applicable) of Outlook - you can find this information in Help | About.
Also include the type of mail account(s) you use and any other pertinent
details.

You mention that this happens in other Office applications, so this isn't an
Outlook issue - you have a problem with something else installed on your
computer that is trying to load something into Office. Adobe Acrobat, maybe?
