My outlook email setup is HTML, pictures don't show in out mail

Outlook recently reloaded on computer. But now when I add pictures to
outbound email, the pictures only show as a white box with black border.
Pictures seems to show/display on the receivers end without problem. But my
drafts will only display white box with border. I changed security setting to
allow downloading of pictures and still had same problem.

Open a new email, click tools, options, and under the view tab if show
picture placeholder is checked, unckeck it and that should solve your problem.
