My outlook does not show if i replied to an email.

In my inbox i will receive emails and then reply back to them and my outlook
is not showing me if i replied back to them. It usually would show the reply
arrow next to the email. how can i turn this back on? Also i go to my sent
items folder and all the sent mail is addres to me until i open it up and
then it will show me who i replied to.
How can i get this back to normal.

Are you sure the field that is displaying isn't the From field? Use Field
Chooser to correct the problem or reset your View to the default View.

No i am in the correct window. I am not getting the little arrows next to my
emails that indicate that i replied or forwarded the emal.

Is there a way to remove that information box on top of emails that say "You
replied on ..." and "This message was converted to plain text" etc.? I
don't need to know this all the time, and it takes up space.
