my outlook 2003 says item sent but one sent to never receives it

I have sent several emails with .tif files attached (anywhere from 4mb to
25mb); i cc'd myself. My outlook 2003 says files sent with no error but
were never received; I never received them from myself. How does this work?

If it went to your sent item, I'd contact the ISP to see if the issue might
be there. I'd also try sending it via a web based reader if your ISP
provides one to verify that the issue might be Outlook or just generic
issues. Which brings me to this point: That file size is way too large to
be sending through email. Put it on an FTP site, and send a link.
