My original MS Office CD will not let me reinstall progam?

My original MS Office Pro 2003 CD will not let me reinstall or repiar the
program. I cannot get OutLook to open and if I try to reinstall or repair I
get and error exception and the install or repair "failed." There is nothing
wrong with the CD itself, no damage. I am the original owner and have the
product key code. I have the same problem with the Business Contact Manager
CD, to.

I might suggest starting by trying un-install using Windows. Then try a
new install. Do you have the "key" that came with the original disk on the
jewel case?
