I do not know what the repairman did to my computer, but when I got it back,
it seems I had a new version of xp and the programs I installed myself, ie.
microsoft office ect. are on my old disc structure and I cannot use them. Is
there a way I can access them, or will I have to re-purchase these programs?
Thanks

If you have the CD, or the serial numbers for the programs, you
shouldn't have to buy them again, but yes, you'll probably have to
reinstall them.

I replied to this question yesterday, asking for clarification. Did you read
my message. Please don't start a second thread with the same question.
