My Network Places - NT4 domain, xp pro clients

We have an NT4 domain and xp pro clients for the most part.
I have an entry in My Network Places on everyone's machines for a machine
name that is a name xivan but there is a little "square" box next to it.
I can't find out where this entry is coming from and I am sure that no
outsiders have plugged into the domain to create this workgroup.
At one point I tracked down a machine named ivan from dhcp and wins and
looked at one of the desktops here.
I renamed it and stuff but the entry in my network places is still there,
any ideas?

You may want to upgrade your DC to either Windows 2000 Server Family or
Windows 2003 Server.
