I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003, when I send messages my name is not
displayed, nor my email address. I have repeadedly deleted my account to
start from scratch but it still doesn't appear! I have also tried to change
it under tools / email accounts / change etc but the information is correct
under this. Please help!

So where are you looking?

I'm looking in the email account i.e. tools, then email accounts, selecting
mu ISP and then change. This is where the User Info is displayed which has
all the details filled in, however, when I send an email, my name doesn't
appear at the top of the email or in the 'from' bar, nor is my email address
displayed....

First, if you have only one account, why do you need to see the address?
Second, the From field is not where you'll see the sending address. The
From field is useful only when you're using Exchange.

If you have more than one account, there will be an Accounts button and you
can choose which account will send a message. The account with which you
send will then appear in the New Message window so you know which you're
using.
