My movie maker wont start!

I have already tried downloading it again but it still dosent work.
When i open the movie maker,a pop-up says " Windows Movie Maker has
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for th inconvenience."
I have also tried debugging but it still does not work.
How do i fix this? Thanks in advance! ^^
