I have trouble with my mouse (Trust 370B Easy Scroll Wireless Deskset) every
few mins. my computer freezes up for a couple seconds and then goes on???
Mouse won't move or if I'm looking at something in every situation it stops
for a couple seconds and then goes on???
I already installed the latest drivers from the Trust site and is still
doing the same, also change batteries to no effect.
It seemed to start spontaniously and I think it as something to do with
Windows updates but don't know how to deal with it.
Wwould someone be kind enough to to help me on this?

Thanks,
Mike

The fact that your mouse is freezing is not indicative of a mouse problem..
most likely, you have a conflict elsewhere that is showing itself via the
mouse.. have you tried a 'system restore' to just before you experienced the
problem?..

Yes I already restored the system to a date previous to the problems and the
only date available now is previous to the instalation of xp sp2. I
experimented with a usb mouse a few minutes ago at least the freezing didn't
happen but still with this mouse there's something it's not quite right. I
let it alone a the pointer moves slowly in a straight line up or to the left
side, it's like someone has taken remote control of the mouse but without
open anything within what's visible to me.
This is a bit scary, I think.
Or I'm I going nuts?
