Are you talking about the screen built into the laptop, or a monitor
which is attached to the laptop?

Smash it in with a hammer. That should fix it.

Of course, before doing that, make sure you take precautions so as to
not electrocute yourself while smashing said monitor.

It's your PC that is NOT turning OFF. Hit the power button and sex will
be good again.
