my microsoft outlook has gone offline cant get it back on

For some unkonown reason my Microsoft Outlook has is showing a small icon in
the bottom left hand corner indicating I'm offline. Cant find a way in to get
it back online.............
 
File-> uncheck Work Offline

What version of Outlook are you using? I assume you're using an Exchange
server?
