tab....advanced button....item = menu for colors item
Will all have a white box around them instead of blended into the background
colour as in other apps

If you are referring to the "Start All Programs menu", you can disable that
by r-clicking the Start button. Go to properties, click the customize
button, you will find on the Advanced tab an option to Highlight newly
installed programs. Un-check it and you will have no more highlighting.
