My machine reboots

My machine reboots before all the drivers load and I
can't even get in using safe mode. What can I do to
recover Windows.

I am having the same issue with my notebook... any help
would be appreciated. I hear a slight pop indicating that
the sound driver just loaded, then the mouse freezes and
then it reboots...
