Yes - but to type an M I have to backspace and give the M key a hard shove to
get it to type. Not an option when there's a lot of typing to get through.
:-)
Does anyone else have a solution to offer?

Try a new keyboard as was pointed out in another reply.

Thanks for your swift reply. But this would be expensive - because I'm using
a laptop, and don't won't to have to buy another one just because of a sticky
key.

I'm not sure what this has to do with Word; it sounds like a hardware
problem. You could try turning it upside down and shaking it, it's quite
amazing what can come out. You could try cleaning it - most laptop keyboards
will hinge or something similar.

Or you might be able to remap the keyboard (not that I know how to do it) so
that you have a little used on the sticky key and the M somewhere else.

If all else fails it isn't very expensive to buy an external keyboard (the
adapter will probably cost more than the keyboard itself - although even
that might not be true with modern usb ones). In truth, of course, it's
always one part that fails first and if the keyboard is going, something
else may well soon follow. Given the price of modern machines, and assuming
its old enough to be out of guarantee, buying a new one may be the sensible
option.

MicroCenter has a $5 107-key keyboard. If your laptop has a USB port,
you can plug it in.

Thanks for your swift reply.  But this solution would be expensive - I'm

sticky key.
