If you mean your disk is low on space available then here are some tools to
free up disk space.
CCleaner: http://www.ccleaner.com/
Microsoft's Disk Cleanup Tool: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310312/en-us
Also SystemRestore files can eat up disk space:

Don't forget to Empty your recycle bin periodically.

Probably means "low on space". Solution is to delete some
files/applications, or install a bigger hard drive.
