My link bar is missing when I publish my website

I am working on a website. Two of the pages were created in Microsoft Word
and then added in Front Page. After I added them to my website within Front
Page, I added a shared border (which contains my link bar). The links show
up (and function using CTRL + Click) in front page, are visible when I
preview, but when I "preview in browser" or publish the pages, the buttons
are gone...

On another note, some of my pages do not keep their formatting when
published (ie text is left justified when published - even though it is
centered on the page where it was created.
