My keyboard is writing caps but the cap lock's off

I have hit something (I think ) on my keyboard which has defaulted the font
to caps. I don't know how to turn it off...

Perhaps you pressed Ctrl+Shift+A? Pressing it again will turn All Caps off.
If you don't have Chinese installed, you can also use Ctrl+Spacebar to
remove this formatting.
