My Ip goes 0.0.0.0

Hi
I'm in a very bad condition, when I want to configure my
Ips it said that this ip confilict in the network and I'm
the administrator of the network and I use too many IPs
and all I tried I view this error, and when I go to
command prompt and type ipconfig it shows my IP 0.0.0.0
what can I do ? is that a virus or worm or something like
that ? is there any update ?

If you are the administrator then I recommend a little light
reading on how to manage your IP addresses and why
DHCP can be highly beneficial. Having two machines in
one network with the same IP address will never work!

Try updating your drivers for the NIC. Personal
experience has shown that 0.0.0.0 has happened to me when
there are NIC problems, not network problems so much.
