My Inbox Sub-Folders were left in Express when I updated

I updated from Express to Outlook 2000. The automatic update brought my
Inbox/Outbox/Deleted Items and Sent Item messages over but left all my Inbox
Sub Folders in Express.
How do I bring the subfolders over to Outlook?

Export those folders from OE to Outlook.

Note that transfering from OE to Outlook isn't an update but a migration to
a completely different product.
