Outlook Express files to Windows Mail

Over the years I've used Outlook Express, I created some new folders on my
"local folders" (inbox, outbox, sent, etc.) and have some mail stored in
them.

I just got a new computer with Vista and Windows Mail. I'd like to import
those folders and emails into Windows Mail but can't figure out how to do
it. Help??

Ask in a Vista Mail group
Niether Express or Mail is part of Office or Outlook
Broadly, I believe, you copy your OE msg store to a suitable location on
Vista, then in Mail import
