My IE pop up windows....don't work

When ever I'm messing around online and I'm using IE when
ever I get a popup if it don't have the "Stop"
and "Refresh" buttons I can't see what's in it. I can see
the title bar and the box but nothing inside it. If it has
the tool buttons I can hit stop and refresh and it'll
work. We've tried DLing updates and re DLing IE 6 it's
self and it won't work. This wouldn't be a big problem as
I can use MSN explorer but there are games I play (Knights
online) that when you go to open them they open with IE
and I tried to get it to open with MSN and it won't work
thus I can't play the game. Can anyone help me with this?
