My Icons are HUGE! how can i change it?

My icons on my toolbar, and on some web pages, are HUGE! and it makes the
toolbar big and the websites hard to see. HELP PLEASE!!
 
There should be a icon in the uppser left corner of the window as for the
desktop just look in the desktop propties
 
Send a screen shot so we can see how big they are. Also right click on
an empty part of the display and click on view. You will now 3 sizes to
choose from. That will sort out your desktop icons.

Another idea is to right click the choose personalize, then choose
theme.

Hold down the Cntrl key and scroll the mouse wheel.
