My hotmail email is not coming into Outlook

I have 3 hotmail accounts that keep coming up with error messages that talk
about failure to synchronize folders, and another new hotmail account that
won't feed into Outlook at all.

Hotmail no longer allows POP3 Access without upgrading to a "premium"
account.

Hotmail no longer allows POP3 Access without upgrading to a "premium"
account.

This should say that free Hotmail no longer supports HTTP (WebDAV) access
from Outlook or Outlook Express. To the best of my knowledge, free Hotmail
has never allowed POP access.
