My Hotmail Down again

I have 3 hotmail acconts and one of them is down. The
message from Hotmail says "there are server difficulties."
I personally travel for a living and Hotmail is a GREAT
service for me - BUT I am SO SICK of mot getting important
mail. It's gone down for a significant amount of time 3
times in less than 7 days. That's unacceptable.
 
and what do you expect for free. and if u r paying then
you can complain to microsoft hotmail support
