My hotmail account will not work in Outlook

Hi

I have tried to configure Outlook to receive my Hotmail messages but it will
not work. I can add my husband's Hotmail account with no problem but mine
will not work at all. It keeps telling me I have an unknown error and that
the headings are failing to synchronize. Can anyone shed any light on what
I'm doing wrong?

MS is in the process of blocking OL access to hotmail, unless you opt for a
fee service.

If your account is a new Hotmail acct., you cannot use Outlook to access it.
MSN will only support older accts for a short time more--probably until the
end of the year or less-- and is discontinuing Outlook Express and Outlook
access unless you pay a fee for a Premier Hotmail acct. Details are at the
