MY HOME HOME PAGE HAS BEEN OVERWRITTEN

My home page has been over written with another page. Every time I change back to my home page and turn off my computer when I turn it back on it defults back to the page I do not want on my system. This unwanted home page even over wrote the default MSN url. HOW DO I FIX IT????
