stopping changes to home page

A web site that I visited has overwritten my chosen home
page and substitutes itself for my home page. Each time I
start internet explorer, I re-set the home page, but the
next time I use internet explorer, it is back to
this "rogue" home page. How do I delete it permanently
off my PC? Thanks.

Scott, I'm having the same problem, however, now I can't even change it. When I go to Internet options none of the buttons are available
