My help system doesn't work

Hi,

I've got a Dell Dimension 4300, with XP Pro on it.
Whenever I click on the "Help and Support" icon in the
start menu, nothing happens. Same is true for the help
system in all the apps I have loaded, especially Office
XP Pro...Any ideas on what's up & how to fix it?
