i tried to acces the form directly by using
http://www.mobidp.com/request.htm and it worked properly and also no
mails came to me when i hit submit and am redirected to the
confirmation page.
also i have an arabic version of my website having the same form but in
the arabic section http://www.mobidp.com/request2.htm but this one is
not redirecting me to the confirmation page but it says:
Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:

so what is wrong with this one too.

if you plz i want to know something more,
1- when i publish my website should i use the explorer ftp for my
website or the frontpage publishing.
2- should i install the frontpage extensions before publishing or after
publishing.

thnx in advace.

You need to install the FP extensions and publish via FP's http mode in order for the forms to work.
The web host must also have the extensions configured to send email.

Thanks Thomas A.

so what about the second question what should be done first,
installing the frontpage extensions then publishing using http with
Frontpage
or
Publishing with Frontpage then installing the extensions

thanks so much and i appreciate you help

It is not possible to publish to a server via FP's http mode if the extensions are not already
installed and configured correctly.
