How do I delete My Folders that I no longer need

I am trying to make business cards on Word with Avery
labels, how do I copy the original label to the rest of

I'm not really sure what part A has to do with part B. To delete a file
or folder, either select it by left-clicking and choose Delete from the
menu or right-click on it and choose Delete from the menu that appears.

As far as the Avery labels goes, iirc you have the option in the
printing properties to just do one label or to do a sheet of labels.
You'll just have to look at the instructions more carefully.
