My folders are sorted in reverse....

Open up a file dialog and the folders are sorted in reverse alphabetical...

No idea how it changed or how to get it to change back and STAY that way.

Click on the header at the top of the file name column.

Did you try, once it's sorted, to click on Tools, Folder Options, View,
Apply to all Folders?
