my firewall is gone!!!!!!!

please please help me.
after the run of microsoft antispyware program my xp
firewaal is gone.
can anybody tell me how too fix this.
i already install sp2 but it won't help.
 
At a command prompt, type:

netsh winsock reset

and hit enter, and then reboot.

That should take care of this problem on Windows XP SP2.
