my file's format changes when i open the file on another computer

my file's format changes when i open the file on another computer. the
margins will stay the same, but data from each page will run onto another
page and usually i'll have to insert or delete rows to fix the problem. is
there any way i can avoid this?

Sometimes this can be caused by different printers (or printer drivers).

I'd do my best to set up the workbook for the "worst" possible printer.
