My Favorite folder drops files and goes back to the default

Every few days I open Outlook and the favorites folder is back to the default
of "Inbox, Unread Mail, For Follow UP, and Sent". I rebuild it with 15 or
so folders... everything is ok for a few days... then it happens again

What version of Outlook are you using? Do you have the latest service
packs installed?

I'm running 11.8206.8202 SP3 and operating system is Windows Vista.. I'll
check our updates right now... thanks.

Since I did my first post... I added three folders to the favorites. Then
per our exchange... got updates. Received one update... installed...
re-booted... and Favorites is missing the three folders I installed and is
back to the default ... twilight zone....
